ABOUT US
The Light of Christ Ministry was started with Jesus' words to "love one another." We follow Jesus where He leads us. The Holy Spirit brings people together to walk together from our brokenness into grace. God defines the journey. We believe that God calls us all to walk, not in judgement of one another but to strive to love and live with abundant grace and hope. That is our prayer. We began coming to Keystone Correctional in 2015. Since then, we have learned so much about Christ's love and grace by the walk of faith of some amazing men. We have come together to share smiles, laughter, prayers, faith, sadness and joy. We worship together, watch movies, and listen to praise in Christian contemporary music, as well as Christian rap, country, and classical music. We break bread together and stand in prayer. We join in sharing our stories, and our faith walks. We sometimes share silence and blessings. Always we know where two or more are gathered, He is right there, and we stand in a sacred space. It has been and remains an honor to share a faith walk with the men that we are thankful to call our friends and brothers.
